Musical Theatre Classes

Lesson Plans

  • Musical theatre is a Performance Style that combines music, acting, and dance. Iconic musicals include "Les Misérables," "Wicked," and "Hamilton".

Although musical theatre is the key term to describe this theatrical experience - there are many sub-categories that come into play. Including Operetta (Eg. My Fair Lady), Jukebox (Eg. Mamma Mia), and Rock Musicals (Eg. Jesus Christ Superstar).

Musicals are a joyful exhibition of multiple performance based skills - singing, dancing and acting - hence the term “Triple Threat”

  • You’ll learn to be a “triple threat” whilst looking at materials from some of the best musical theatre productions in the world. Learning choreography and vocals to ease you into the musicals.
